Refund policy

All FTR Powersports Graphics kits are custom made to order. Because each design is personalized with rider names, numbers, colors, and model specifications, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom graphics once production has started.

If there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or fitment issue caused by us, we will remake the affected pieces at no cost. Customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Incorrect installation, surface contamination, improper prep, or damage during installation is not covered under replacement.

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before design proof approval. Once design proofs are approved, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.
